Shipping & Delivery Policy
We partner exclusively with FedEx (FedExpress) to ensure that your orders are transported safely, securely, and with maximum speed. All shipments come with real-time tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
Section 1 – Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two fast-tier delivery options for our global and domestic customers:

Note: Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before the carrier picks up the package from our facility. Processing times are not included in the delivery estimates above.
Section 2 – Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number will be sent to you automatically via our Shopify system. You can track your package directly on the official FedEx website at any time.
Section 3 – Shipping Limitations & Address Correction
- We ship to physical residential and business addresses worldwide.
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If you need to change your address, please call us immediately at +1 (765) 109-2623 before the order is shipped.
Section 4 – Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if FedEx marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support line immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with FedEx on your behalf to secure a replacement or refund.
