Section 1 – Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Our return window is strictly 30 calendar days from the date your package was marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Section 2 – Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at +1 (765) 109-2623 or via our store’s official email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Mail your return package to our fulfillment center located at:

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Section 3 – Refunds & Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Shopify’s secure gateway) within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
